Trouble Sleeping?

Do you have a problem falling asleep?

Waking up in the middle of the night or too early in the morning? 

As you lie in bed, inhale deeply through your nose, count to 4 as the air goes in , hold your breath as you count 5 to 12, at 12, exhale by blowing strongly out your mouth to the count of 19. 

Repeat 5 to 7 times.

This is a remarkably effect technique for drifting off.
